    I want to build a solid main base in the old world first before I start on the new DLC maps. I am just worried the AI will start developing on the new DLC maps without me and gain an advantage.

    Anno 1800 - expeditions keep yielding the same rewards?

    I have done multiple 2 and 3 skull animals/botanic expeditions, but I keep getting the same animals and flowers over and over. I want to build on my zoo and botanic garden collection but it doesn't seem like expeditions is the way to do it? the animal expeditions keep giving me ocean animals (while I am looking for stuff like panthers etc). Do I need to buy those from the exotic harbour or was I just very unlucky with my expeditions? I couldn't really find a list with the set possible rewards for expeditions.

    Any mods to slow game?

    I am having trouble playing my game because i like to have some islands, 6 in old world, 4 in new and 3 in lake (and have not touched the artic yet) and i was wondering if there is any mod that lets you build while the game is paused (to use the money when my cash is high) or that slow it a lot. Thanks.

    Mod manager issue

    Newish player to anno1800 and very new to Reddit.

    The game is installed in my G drive so G:\\Anno1800\ Anno 1800

    Downloaded the mod loader and extracted and placed the files in the root.

    The game starts up fine using the launch button.

    However if I click the "Loader Disabled" button on the manager I get the following warning.

    An unhandled exception occurred, press abort to terminate the program, retry to exit the program and ignore to try and continue.

    Hitting retry just closes it down.

    Any advice please.

    A good place to put the world fair in cape tralawney?

    And by good I mean an even/flat and big enough spot to put the thing down. I just finish building one on island but any place I put it is horrible tilt in one dimension or another, or both due to the slope of the map.

    What is in your opinion the best map type to use with scarce fertility and still have big cities?

    Ive noticed that the snowflake one gives a smaller number of islands but bigger ones, but this is a problem if you luck out with fertility...

    Can’t find items at eli’s

    Hey everyone, so , looking on the internet i trad about two items (Bruno ironbright and chef Michel) that can be found at eli's. Well, i rerolled for Idk, maybe 200m coins but not a shadow of bruno and michel. Were they patched off the game or what?

    I wonder, is it possible to find a seed of Cap Trelawney map and use it in a continuous game? Because to me it would be really lovely to have all that space to build and NPS's to trade with.
