Tip to find that lost farmer/worker house

Tip to find that lost farmer/worker house

Set your local department to Welfare / +5 happiness from all public services. Build a public service like a pub, click on it, all houses benefiting from it will show highlighted in blue-green. Not perfectly visible, but much easier than before.

Schooner VS Cargo Ship (in trade route)

    Posted: 05 May 2020 03:32 AM PDT

So I was curious how you solve that problem which ship to use. Here is my pro/con list for schooners and after that my conclusion

Pro(for the sake of comparison we compare 3 Schooner with 1 Cargo Ship):

    • 15*3 is way less upkeep then 500
    • Building time and Influence cost is the same however mats are way cheaper for Schooner
    • Trade routes work better with LESS products so having smaller ships encourages "single product" trade routes that work better
    • As unloading depends on the harbor (1/2/3 tons per second) 3 full Schooner take equal docking time then 1 Cargo Ship.
    • you do not need to remove your old trade routes and can constantly upgrade them
    • having multiple 100T transporter ease the storage need on all effected island and making the flow of goods much more fluent

    Cons for schooner

    • Statistically speaking the Schooner will use min speed 50% of the route and max speed the other 50% averaging him with 10.1 compared to the 10.4 constant speed of the cargo ship making it a bit slower however the impact of changing winds can drastically effect Schooner delivery while it has no effect on Cargo Ships
    • More resilliant to enemy gunboats
    • more effective use of items (but honestly who has enough items to equip their trading route fleet anyway?)
    • SPECULATION: as I do not know how the travel time between Continents is calculated I assume Cargo Ships have the upper hand here as their avg speed is slightly higher.
    • SPECULATION: similar as above, i do not have the numbers for the cargo effect on these Ships speed so the travel time calculation is done with empty cargo, while I assume the Cargo Ship can handle full cargo better then the Schooner therefore being faster when full?

For a very long part of the late game we (as we play 4 player 1 company coop) did stick to Schooner due to the above PRO's. However I would like to collect all facts there are about Cargo Ships that would make them better, especially in regards of unloading time and cross continent travel.

How do you solve these two variables with big fluctuation? What is your opinion on which ship to take?(if it would not have been for the loss of 25% speed boost due to trading influence, I would have used Ships of the Line to suppress pirates, but constantly buying her gold and selling it to nate for double the price is nice income as well)

Hey Guys! There is a good guide for railways in this game? I'm struggling to buid my railway in the north of Cape Tralawney. I tried circular, paralels, both, but i allways have delayed train issues.

I bought Anno 2070 from Uplay and can't get past the login screen.

It says activation key invalid, even though I just try to log into my account. I don't know what's going on. There's just the login option and if I try I get this message.

Hello community, as the title... is it possible to have a palace in two worlds or is it limited to one palace overall?
