Posted: 30 Nov 2021 03:30 AM PST I have played Anno 1800 after launch quite a bit and really enjoyed the game. The game could become a bit overwhelming with the different sessions and the constantly changing needs of inhabitants. I would like to try it out again with all the DLC. Hopefully someone can give me some directions in making the game as enjoyable as possible. To avoid blueprinting large cities in a certain way I consider using the 10x10 grid strategy. That way I expect to easily place railroads and other buildings needed for advancing my people. Is this the way to go if a player want to avoid over complicating the game? Does Docklands make the game way easier? Can I bypass producing certain goods by massively overproducing a certain type and easily import/export to fulfill all my inhabitants needs? Is there a certain must have mod or does the game plays well enough without any mods but just the DLC? My goal is to relax and have fun without stressing myself by min maxing everything. Off course I want a lot of investors and grow big but I am not looking for the most efficient way to play. If someone can help me with some guidelines and tips for a player with some years old experience but took a break for over a year that would be great. [link] [comments]

I can't play Anno 2070. The fault of one of this infamous Ubisoft connect Posted: 30 Nov 2021 12:49 AM PST Really ... This Ubisoft connect is plaguing constantly the community for years. I can't connect with Anno 2070 (1800 is working fine) and so I can't play, because Ubisoft decided I might be a pirate, probably. When will Ubisoft hire a new team of devs and rewrite this program? It is buggy as hell and hampers our joy of the Anno games since years and years. [link] [comments]

QUESTION: Anno 1602 HE Multiplayer not working? Posted: 28 Nov 2021 02:46 PM PST Hey there Anno community! I'm fairly new to the sub, so sorry if this post is at the wrong place. I didn't find any posts related to it. So my girlfriend and I bought the History Edition of Anno 1602 today, so we could finally play together like back in the days, without compatibility errors and annoying connection fixes. After trying to open a multiplayer game we realized that we both got stuck on "Creating party" window that showed up. Waiting for 20 minutes didn't help. Trying to find each other (or anyone at all) via quick game was unsuccessful too. It's just not letting us create a lobby. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for this? There really is no reason for me to buy HE Anno 1602, since I own a classic edition that's working fine. It's only the Multiplayer that's making trouble. Any help would be greatly appreciated, we didn't manage to find any solutions online. [link] [comments] |
