Posted: 25 Nov 2021 10:32 AM PST I've been looking a bit into anno 1800, and i could get it from uplay for like 70% off. I have played strategy games like EUIV and Surving mars and really enjoyed them. I also have played cities skylines and liked it. So i was wondering, if it would be worth it to buy or not. edit: fixed typo from steam to uplay [link] [comments]

When Victory Conditions Are Met Posted: 24 Nov 2021 11:54 PM PST Playing Anno 1800. I've asked Google, but no clear answer could be found. If victory conditions are set for a sandbox game, example: build 3 monuments, once those conditions is met is the game over and back to the menu screen? Or can you continue on in that particular game? [link] [comments]
Anno 1404 - Download Failed - Have to buy new version? Posted: 25 Nov 2021 06:39 AM PST So I just got back into my regular Anno 1404 binge I do like once a year or something and I noticed that all my profiles in-game are gone and I cant login anymore. All I get is "Download Failed" even if I make a new account and use my Uplay login. I tried to check the steam page but apparently I have a older delisted version of 1404 + Venice, all I can find on steam is a new version that I seem to have to rebuy the game. Google search just says they closed the servers/not support this version anymore.. Please, correct me if Im wrong and you have a work around for this. Tried to contact Ubisoft support but couldnt get in touch with them to ask about this. [link] [comments]
Posted: 24 Nov 2021 09:36 PM PST I honestly love this game. I've been playing on normal. I've started 4 total games, just because I tend to find better/more efficient ways of doing something and just to keep things fresh and organized I usually start over. I love learning new things and I'd say I learn something new about ever half hour of playing. I have a hard time keeping up with the other competitors. They tend to expand a lot quicker than me. Not super fast but fast enough to where I don't get the "cream of the crop" islands. How to a slow tempo or competitors. I play fairly fast but I still like to take my time and spend extra time learning and building up my islands one by one. [link] [comments]
Where are Steam Carriages on streets? - Anno 1800 Posted: 25 Nov 2021 04:49 AM PST So we can manufacture them, but we can't see any on the streets (except cargo carriages and simple one similar to Benz Motorwagen)? I expected to see them since it is about 1910 (at the endgame) when such skyscrapers (which we can see in the game) firstly appeared, not to mension Empire State Building (1930). Is there any mod that adding them? [link] [comments] |
