I mean it for real. I started playing in 5 in the morning and suddenly it was 10. I went and made myself a cup of coffee at 6 and forgot to drink‍ it while playing and I even forgot that I made a coffee so I made a new one at 9 and noticed I have two mugs. One with hot coffee and one with cold coffee. And the thing is I can't play Anno 1800 for a hour or two. It's actually quite sad because I play games like Starcraft II or Overwatch. I play a round and know its about 15-25 minutes, sometimes but in the less cases 30+ minutes (Shout out to turtle Terrans wp). But this game is frustrating in that way and I don't know why. What even hits me more is if I spend an hour on adjusting my zoo and it feels like 5 minutes. Even I leave the house after 6 hours questioning myself what I did all day. Sometimes I think I'm the most useless human being at that moment. Like literally all I did was waste my time. I didn't even annoy a real person. I just wasted my time for bots to be more happy in there bot world. I think that is all I wanted to write and I don't even feel better for it. Maybe I'll play a quick round of Anno 1800 later tonight.

    Fluctuating finances

    Posted: 07 May 2022 06:15 PM PDT

I recently picked up Anno 1800 after eyeing it for awhile and I'm loving the game even more than I thought I would.

However, I'm having a issue that I cant seem to understand with the way money rises and falls so quickly. Within a given ten minute period I can go from making 10k to losing 10k just a few minutes later and then back in the positive again. I can look around at various financial information but I don't see a singular number that stands out as being the reason why I'll start randomly losing money. I've read to build lots of residences, which I do. Cities are moving along nicely, I try to not overdo things as I build, and give the citizens what they need/want without building too many of something, but the wildly varying fluctuations don't make any sense. Any suggestions?

Hey there, do skyscrapers merge into building blocks when they level up and how many levels are there for investor and engineer buildings? Am playing through ubi connect and I love it but it's been difficult to where I am for now can't up them til Ive finished the layout for crown falls which may take me 10-20 hrs depending. Also am going crazy understanding how exactly docklands work. I am trading through them but the tutorial sucks for me.

You don't get the great eastern permits back when you sell them, even though archibald offers the permit back

So either the bug is we don't get an extra permit, or the archibald offer is wrong.
