Anno fans might already know this, but it's such a vital tip it should be repeated anyway:
After countless of hours navigating the tiny mini-map I found out you can actually store camera positions. This makes navigating between islands *so much* quicker.

Just press CTRL + F5-F10 to store a position, and then later F5 to F10 to instantly jump there.

So ... much time messing around with the map saved

Bonus tip:
You can make and store groups of ships (fleets) by pressing CTRL 1-0

Lost prisoners after putting them in warehouse

[Mod] Old-Town v1.1

There will be light!
Here comes an update for my mod Old-town
Changes:
- added Lights at all building
- old-town-mansions and old-town-villas are 33% bigger, so the gap between them is smaller
- fixed some issues with textures at all buildings (for example: shadows of church fixed)
- senat and opera are a little bit darker now, so the glow isn't that intensive anymore

Camera tilt on Mac

Hey guys, I'm playing 1800 though Nvidia GeForce Now on my MacBook. Does anyone have any idea how I would tilt the camera using my trackpad or keyboard shortcuts? I can't find the option under controls.

Delivery Quest problem

Can someone please help with information about the delivery quests from citizens. After I accept the quest I can find no way of giving it to the 'request giver'.
In the details about the quest it says that if the window (top right of screen) has disappeared, "click on the request giver on your island" but this never works for me. Am I missing something?
When this first started, I used to keep the cursor on the top right window and this would eventually change to the tick button option to accept, or the cross to decline the delivery and I could fulfill the quest. Since the 5.2 patch this window just closes and never gives the option to accept. When I attempt to left click on the request giver (which I assume is the highlighted group) I can produce the window where the request giver asks if I am ready to make the delivery, but no buttons for accepting or declining appear. Right clicking on the group will just bring up the usual activity wheel.
Is there a different method that escapes me or is this a bug? I'm getting used to giving up on some quests – if the black bears and wolves are always there, my eyesight is failing me. Similarly, the wild or exotic animals are sometimes discoverable but sometimes they elude regardless of how zoomed in I am or how long I look.
My system isn't great for this game (i7 – 4790 @ 3.6Ghz; 16GB RAM; GTX 1060 6GB) but it handles the rest of the game OK and I can use the 'High' graphics option until the cities get too large when I then drop down to 'Medium'. Besides, I used to be able to do this with the work around but now I miss out on these easy bonuses entirely.
Any help greatly appreciated.
