| Posted: 10 May 2020 09:26 AM PDT I've played Anno 1800 for some time now and the biggest problem I have now is finding Items or specialists for specific buildings. Specialists arrive at multiple islands and when I want to optimize a production chain I have to cycle through most islands in order to find those fitting the chain. It would be awesome if in the statistics screen there would be a tab for items, filterable by production chain. But there is no such thing. Currently I always have a browser with anno1800 wiki open all the time search for fitting items and how to get them. How do you manage your items and specialists? [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 10 May 2020 11:58 AM PDT I feel that this update has brought quite some troubles with it for me and my friends. The last half hour we have tries to get our common save game to load and we have not succeeded to play. Sometimes I lose the connection to Uplay during the loading screen (which sometimes let the loading bars empty out and start all over again up to 3 times in a row). After this, the game crashes and so does Uplay. My friend has very, VERY slow lowtimes all of a sudden, probably linked with the reloading of the loading bar animation. Any people with similar experiences? I am inclined to hang this up to the update, whilst it might be the Uplay launcher or service itself. [link] [comments] | ||

In the Cape i settled a tiny island to the south west of crown falls just for a small shnapps production island. However now when I manually send a boat from the old world to the cape for whatever reason, it docks at this small tiny island instead of crown falls. It's pretty annoying cuz when I'm goin back and forth I'm always havin to then go to this small island to then move them again to the main island. I know it's a not a huge deal but damn it does get annoying always having to double order my boats. Is there a way at making sure boats that I send MANUALLY (not routes) to go a certain island when switching regions? [link] [comments] | ||

So, I'm doing the chapter 5, and I can't run the silk factory because "missing fertility" while my island (Kuhrang) has a interrogation mark (so I can basically make a silk factory according to my searches) and I've put a Noria (even six to be sure at 100%), but there's nothing to do, I can't make a silk factory because "missing fertility", what can I do? | Quick question regarding trade union Posted: 09 May 2020 08:46 PM PDT I have a butcher who needs to be equipped in the trade union and it gives me -20% workforce needed to the slaughterhouse. Do my slaughter houses have to be in the radius of a trade union to get that bonus or is that just a general bonus? [link] [comments] | ||

It's a bit early to really think about the next Anno to play, but I got curious what you all would love to see out of an Anno game, if no idea is considered too crazy or out there! My idea would be a kind of post-apoc setting. Settlements atop of cliffs with endless desert below. Motor vehicles replacing the boats and used to trade scrap and old world relics to rebuild a civilization and yea okay its mad max Another one would be planets instead of islands, ferrying goods with spaceships.. The aesthetic just really appeals to me What kind of ideas have you got? [link] [comments] |
