[Anno 1800] Overcrowded cities, a shortage of islands, and low influence. Help Posted: 17 Jul 2020 06:59 AM PDT So, I screwed up in the beginning and don't settle in many islands. Now I'm struggling with overcrowded cities and little room to build my production chains. In Cape Trawlany, I have only two more islands and the IA have the rest; In The New World, the situation is the same. The problem is: My main income comes from other islands shares and seeling battle cruisers for 400k each, but I'm running out of influence. I can grow a large armada (around 10+ Battle Cruisers) to deal with IA but will not have the influence necessary to claim those islands. What should I do? submitted by /u/Noveleiro [link] [comments]

Railroad to oil harbor does not work Posted: 17 Jul 2020 10:27 AM PDT I am fairly new Anno 1800. On my play through I have tried to connect the oil in Crown Falls to my oil harbor without success. I have a continuous track from the refinery to the harbor, but the refinery still says "missing railroad tracks to oil harbor." Am I missing something? submitted by /u/middwan [link] [comments]

Fixed an issue preventing the Steam version to be started via the shortcut in the game's folder. Fixed an issue preventing the "Carpenter's House" from repairing itself after it has been damaged. Fixed a potential issue with portraits in the multiplayer lobby not being properly displayed if inviting a player into an existing co-op save game. Active quests should now be properly displayed in the event bar for all multiplayer participants. Corrected the timer to "Detect enemy safe house" in the Base of Operations. Sync watches, everyone! Fixed an issue with the player color not being properly shown on their coat of arms on the Small Tradesman's Cog's sail. ​ Anno 1701 History Edition Fixed various crashes and stability issues. Fixed a rendering issue when playing on a 1024x1024 custom map. ​ Anno 1503 History Edition Fixed various crashes and stability issues. Fixed an issue with some traders offering incorrect stock. Fixed a potential blocker that could occur when playing the "Nova Fora" campaign at certain resolutions. Anno 1800 causes my pc to freeze almost immediately Posted: 16 Jul 2020 05:12 PM PDT Hi Has anyone experienced this issue? I launch the game and almost everytime I hit the initial loading screen the pc freezes. Not the game but the pc. No ctrl alt delete, no mouse movement. Nothing but a grinding noise from the speakers. I have to hold the power button down. Has happened 6 times now and 5 were at launch. The 6th was after creating a game it happened at THAT loading screen. That's the farthest I've gotten. I googled it but dont get any results for this issue specifically. I have a decent pc and almost never have this issue; only time I have has been a couple times with my 90ish hours of assassin's creed odyssey (another uplay launched game in fact) Thanks for any replies submitted by /u/DorianOtten [link] [comments]

Anno 1800 Oil Glitch help Posted: 16 Jul 2020 01:45 PM PDT Im having an issue where my trains go from the harbor to the refinery and then disappear and a new train is sent, the trains that disappear in the refinery take the oil stored when they disappear as well, it says something like wait or build parallel tracks but neither has fixed it submitted by /u/Bretc211 [link] [comments]
