Mod/cosmetic DLC idea: seaside boardwalk Posted: 29 Sep 2021 07:29 AM PDT I'm watching Boardwalk Empire and I tought it would be super cool to have seaside boardwalks. It would fit the era perfectly and we already have all the kiosks and ferris wheels, we only lack a proper boardwalk like this! [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 Sep 2021 03:29 AM PDT Hello, can someone please make the new groundplates from the DLC work as street tiles ? I am actually suprised that the PEDESTRIAN DLC does't have a street reskin. Thanks you <3 [link] [comments]
How do I stop the war with the pirates? Posted: 29 Sep 2021 11:56 AM PDT So in my game there is this pirate. I began a siege on her island and destroyed every single building there. Problem is, the war is still going on! I thought that this would bring peace or that I could completly remove her from the game by killing her like in Anno 1503. But no I don't think this changed anything at all. What do I do to end this war? [link] [comments]

Posted: 29 Sep 2021 09:29 AM PDT hey folks, we are already running a mp game but without docklands because one of us doesn't own the dlc yet. Is it possible to just activate the dlc in a running game like in singleplayer? [link] [comments]
Playing on hardest difficulty and could use inspiration/tips Posted: 29 Sep 2021 03:12 AM PDT Long story short, I currently doing a playthrough (Anno 1800) on hardest difficulty, all DLCs enabled, with Lady Margaret Hunt, Alonso Graves and Admiral Vicente Silva as opponents. So far, Lady and Alonso have declared war on me from the very start, while Admiral Vicente has been totally kind and cool and is now on +75 reputation. Currently, I managed to keep Lady and Alonso quite contained by blowing up their trading and combat ships now and then. Overall it is going quite decent, mostly due to very lucky drops that made everything up to artisan's really a breeze. However, with engineers coming around the corner, I'm really wondering what the best approach is when it comes to handling the change to Steam ships. With all AI's basically making ships faster than myself, I wonder if it is advisable to not yet upgrade to engineers to deny them building steam ships and bulldoze over me? Feel free to share any tips as well that you guys can think of when it comes to hardest difficulty. Would love to see all your idea's on how to manage certain aspects of the game on hardest difficulty, and what traps to avoid when going into the DLC's and late mid-game / begin end-game. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments]
Posted: 28 Sep 2021 07:23 PM PDT Is Anno 1800 Mod manager safe to use? My Bitdefender has flagged it as a trojan. Thoughts? [link] [comments]

How to check victory conditions for every game Posted: 28 Sep 2021 05:18 PM PDT Hello fellow Anno players, I recently won a game unintentionally and wondered why. When I went to check why I won I couldn't find any way to check the victory conditions I choose. Neither on Google nor ingame. But when I loaded the savegame, quit to title and then started a new game, the custom difficulty was already selected. So I clicked on it and saw that everything was set as in the savegame. I saw that I chose that I only have to fulfill one of the selected settings. I just wanted to let you know. [link] [comments] |
