Anyone have come up with nice ideas for "off grid" cities?

Can a German Speaker Tell Me Which of These Expedition Bonuses is Which?

It's the Mod Tool again. I'm working hard on what I call "HAM" (Historically Accurate Mod) and I just realized all of the new items I made default to providing medicine on the expeditions (Mannlich?) Could a German speaker translate which in-game bonuses these are? It doesn't seem to translate to English directly. A lot of them appear to be occupations rather than bonuses. Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to completely step out from grid layout in my game as it seems too manufactured. But tbh i have little idea how to organize the streets differently so it will bear nice results.

Please share your off grid cities that i can use as inspiration
