| Anno 1800 - Still losing money or not making much? Posted: 13 Feb 2022 12:17 AM PST I know the general tips for making money in Anno 1800 and have been playing for a while now. I have over 3000 engineers, a bank (!) and 12k residents on my main island, another 8k on two other OW and three other NW islands for 20k people in total. I can almost upgrade some engineers to investors but I still lack some additional oil for that. Yet despite that, I still often lose money or at least never make that much. Sometimes, if I turn off some production lines, I'll be making up to 10k, but when a few things come together I'll be in the red, like my NW trade taking too long. Also, my two farming/pigs/beer islands in the OW lose me over 2k each for some reason. Keep in mind I have like 14 SoL to defeat Beryl atm. I'm just wondering if I'm doing anything wrong? Everyone else always talks about swimming in money once they have the bank, but while my economy is okay and my main island doing well, I am not really making a lot of money. Instead, it fludctuates like minus 2k to plus 8k (without turning off a lot of my economy). [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 13 Feb 2022 11:48 AM PST Last month I started a play through to try the new DLC's I paid hard earned cash for and I was crashing every 20 mins, so I left it to settle down after the new patch and return when the bugs where fixed. Obviously, not yet then... Oh, and before the white knights from the Anno discord start blaming my rig, my attitude and bowel movements... none of these have changed. Nor have I. | Posted: 13 Feb 2022 10:49 AM PST Hello I have just load game on to new laptop, with epic games. I have installed the GitHub files in to the win64. Using AMN - mods to load game. However mods not loading? I had this problem last time so I copied all the files into Ubisoft folder path in AMN on my old laptop and it worked. However on new laptop - Had the same issue with the epic folder path in AMN - on main screen on Anno1800 "no mods active" Tried Ubisoft folder path in AMN - on main screen on Anno1800 "no mods active" Any ideas Also in the AMN load screen - I tired to de-activate a mode and it still shows as a green tick? I'm sure on my old laptop it changed it to a red circle - Any ideas? [link] [comments] | ||
