    More min/max madness.

Cant stop, those trade routes aren't going to be created by themselves.

Some Anno 1404 content. A big amount of my economy is on this island where this vulcano is chilling. Pls dont screw me. :(

    The Saga of Willie Wibblesock

    The Saga of Willie Wibblesock

You can see the setup post here.

To quote Helmuth von Moltke " No plan survives first contact with the enemy "

The game is definitely not on my team. Annie, at 56 diplomacy, decided she wasn't playing ball, and declared war on me. So much for the pirate flags. Jean isn't being any more cooperative at 38. Do you think they know? How many bridges have you burnt Willie? The friendly newspaper guy (what is his name?) has decided the best wheels are spiked in multiple places, gifting me with bonus consumption and riots.

Meanwhile Alonso gathers for war. Willie, confident in his magical prowess, has chosen to meet this growing threat with a provocative fleet of 4 gunboats.

Alonso has clearly decided to skip the diplomacy option

My record time 100 diplomacy with Alonso is about to be dust in the wind. I am assembling a fleet offshore Willie's main island, and hardening my defences across all sessions. It seems Alonso and I will be going to war.

    FSR 2.0 ?

    Posted: 12 May 2022 10:12 PM PDT

Since Anno 1800 supports FSR 1.0, with the incoming FSR 2.0, is this game going to support FSR 2.0 ?

Is weather for seasons in "Seasons of Silver" randomized?

    Posted: 12 May 2022 12:27 PM PDT

Just a quick question: Will I get humid summer (-20% productivity of all buildings) for majority of the final delivery every time, or did I just get unlucky? ;)

Am I the only one with steel problems?

    Posted: 12 May 2022 08:33 AM PDT

Hey folks, I'm in a very late game, playing for fun with all DLCs... I have lots of trade routes and docklands to bring me the resources I don't want to produce, however, steel is always a problem... I can't fill the needs :( What do you do? I always see the statistic menu, but its not enough.

How to know the proper amount I need to bring from another island?

    Posted: 12 May 2022 08:36 AM PDT

hey folks, I'm playing this game since its release, but a question that never went out of my mind is: how can I know the amount of resource I need to bring from any support island, considering travel time and loading time? I always ends up with a lot of resource in one island and the other empty :(

    Attempting to Purchase Season 4

    Posted: 12 May 2022 06:26 AM PDT

Hi all, so I finally decided to get the new season pass and start a new playthrough with some new challenges, before I jump into the game I just need to get out this little rant on how bad my experience was with the Ubisoft store and trying to have them take my money...

    • My first purchase attempt was through Ubisoft Connect, I applied a 20% discount with 100 coins, yet during the checkout process it failed multiple times during the payment phase. No error messages were provided and I tried multiple methods.
    • Second I tried to buy it through the in game store, so I open Anno 1800, I get to checkout but then I realize this window doesn't let me apply the 20% discount.
    • Third I try to access the store through Google Chrome, it's telling me I'm unable to log in because "Your current browser settings appear to be blocking our authentication system." Even with all extensions turned off somehow their store website is the only website I've ever had this issue with.
    • My 4th attempt (and luckily final attempt) was through opening another browser, Edge, and successfully being able to go through the whole process without error. There was however the issue that my coin count was now showing as 200 less because it also took 100 coins from the first failed attempt through Ubisoft Connect.

I'm looking forward to playing with the new season changes, but boy was this a frustrating process!

p.s. if I go to Anno 1800 in the 'Games' section of Ubisoft Connect, and then go to the 'Store' menu option under the big blue 'play' button, nothing actually shows up. Seems like quite an oversight for trying to sell DLC.

    Skyscraper upkeep level?

    Posted: 12 May 2022 07:10 AM PDT

What upkeep level do you guys use?
I stopped a little bit after high rise came out and wanna get back into the game.

I'd like to have a bit of a money sink so money doesnt become too irrelevant late game but I dont know how high upkeep translates into actual gameplay? Is it too crippling?

Anno 1800 wall art - Is it available somewhere?

    Posted: 12 May 2022 04:52 AM PDT

I have been trying to find some of the Anno 1800 loading screens to buy and put on the wall.
Is there an option for this I have overlooked? Easy fan merchandise option here. I'd love to get some on the wall. Please strike a deal with displate or some other source...

Now one could go down other roads I suppose, but I feel there could be nice official sources.

    Always on Gridlines? Anno 1800

    Posted: 12 May 2022 06:37 AM PDT

Hey Anno peeps. Just started playing the game. Have less than 5 hours. I never found a world builder that quite scratched the itch quite like Factorio until now. However I am not in love with the grid lines only appearing while building blueprints. Is there a way to turn them on so they are always on?
