    A few problems with the Botanica DLC

    Since the update and the Botanica DLC dropped, I've encountered a few problems:

    1. The Twitch drops mysteriously disappeared from the game. The ones I've placed before the update are still there, but I can't build any new.

    1. Even tho I own the DLC, the Ubisoft Club Rewards still act like I need to buy the Botanica DLC

    Game update 5 - Lost Twitch drop items

    Anyone else having these issues? I had all the twitch drops, the banner and the billboards, but now they're gone!

    Game now crashing every single session at random times

    Doesn't even let me do a crash report. It just freezes my entire computer to where I can't even Ctrl+Alt+Delete. I can minimize to Desktop, but when I right click on the Anno icon in the tray and click "Close" it does nothing. Ctrl+alt+delete doesn't trigger any windows to pop up, so I'm forced to hold the button on my computer to restart.

    Just spent 20 minutes designing an intricate Museum w/ pathways and other shit -- then poof, gone. Seems like every single game so far a bug comes along and ruins hours of work. Starting to get real fucking old.

    Is there a fix for the anno 1800 multiplayer player-switch bug?

    So i´t seems to happen that if you play with more than 2 players in multiplayers, the players will get switched if one of the 4 is not there. So that means that B manages the island of player A for example. Do you guys know, if there is any fix?

    New Anno DLC with Uplay+

    So, right now Uplay+ is free and i'm using it.

    Since Botanica came out today, i thought i could play it right now since the Anno Gold Edition is part of Uplay+.
    Sadly, it's not available.
    If i click on Uplay, i still have to buy Botanica :o

    Does it take a while?
    I mean i could just buy Botanica, but i actually just wanted to do it next month since it would be free anyway this month.

    How do they work? I tried sending a cargo ship on a mission, but it wouldn't accept items from the main harbour. I am aware of the current bug with piers...

    40 hour save file locked away due to the bug 2 weeks ago. Completely unacceptable.

    Ive been playing this same save for the last 2 weeks. I avoided sending an expedition to the sunken treasures DLC and all. I played my save this morning and now this afternoon my file is locked away.

    Support has zero work around. I find this completely unacceptable. An hour or 2 is one thing but 40 hours in a save is a decent ways in.
