    New harbour buildings?

    New harbour buildings?

Today I was wondering about the promotional banner in the Uplay store with a picture of an Anno 1800 harbour with new buildings. Is that part of the late endgame or a spoiler for a new DLC?

Anno 1800, have to verify/repair files in UPlay every time I want to play

    Posted: 23 Jan 2020 09:27 AM PST

Hey everyone, every time I start the game (UPlay) it says files are corrupt and I have to verify/repair. This works every time but it means I have to wait 20 minutes before I can play every time. Does any one have similar issues and/or solutions? Thanks!

1800 - is there a maximum company level? (last +15 influence boost)

    Posted: 22 Jan 2020 03:06 PM PST

Basically what the title says. I'm curious if there's a maximum level or it just increases forever just getting impossible to maintain?

Is there a Production Ratios Guide?

    Posted: 22 Jan 2020 01:56 PM PST

I got so much positive engagement in my first post why not try another! Trying to optimize my production. Is there a place where I can see what are the best production ratios? Meaning I know wood to timber is 1:1. And someone told me grain to flour was 2:1.

    MMe. Elois Question

    Posted: 22 Jan 2020 01:12 PM PST

    MMe. Elois Question

What does Mme. Elise "The Nose" Bouquet actually do? More specifically, what does Special Guests do?

    some research I've read:

    the nose question: https://www.reddit.com/r/anno/comments/bqk32l/the_nose/

    more detailed research: https://www.reddit.com/r/anno/comments/bpj3ly/visitor_pier_legendarys_mystery/

However, both of these research items seem dated. I got into the game late and missed the release date. I have gotten multiple legendaries from my Public Mooring (and other sources including expeditions and drops) before I got Elise and equipped her.

This was after I achieved the correct attractiveness, and around late game - world's fair, 8-9k investors:

    see attractiveness reqs here: https://anno1800.fandom.com/wiki/Attractiveness

If she isn't required to get legendaries, what exactly does she do? The perfectionist in me doesn't want to keep the champagne cellar working if I don't need it. (I import from another island to main for champagne)

Does she increase the chance of legendaries?

Which game for supply chain addiction?

    Posted: 22 Jan 2020 12:53 PM PST

I've never played an Anno game. I have played games like the Settlers or (years ago) Age of Empires. Apologies if those don't quite compare. Played Tropico (also ages ago) and others...

I love games where you have to provide a supply chain to end up with product to sell. Which of the Anno games would suit this type of gameplay (if any?) The reason I'm asking is because I would like to play the "futuristic" ones, 2205 or 2070, but 2205 took out some of the logistical gameplay? that bums me out. What would you suggest?
