| Posted: 03 Nov 2020 10:02 AM PST Ok, I totally adore this game in all its aspects. But one tiny teeny weeny silly thing is hurting my eye every time I see it, and I just can't ignore it... When you are walking around at the zoo, you see the aquarium buildings labeled "fishes"... The plural of fish, is fish. One fish, two fish, three fish. There's plenty of fish in the sea. Not "fishes". A bit of research shows that you could use fishes in a scientific context, but only if there are more than one species involved. | Question about the Uplay club rewards. Posted: 03 Nov 2020 01:23 AM PST Hey everyone! I recently noticed, when starting the game (Anno 1800 that is) via the Uplay launcher, I had a popup saying that due to Ubisoft connect, all in-game rewards would be made available. But upon selecting these items in-game, it's still locked. So, as anyone would do, I take a look at my Uplay inventory, but all rewards are already claimed there. Would I need to re-download the game to get these rewards, or has it something to do with Ubisoft itself? Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] | ||

| I wish tractors and fuel came earlier in the tech tree Posted: 02 Nov 2020 07:44 PM PST It just annoys me that they don't come till engineers rather than artisans, just for the fact that as soon as I get the engineers unlocked I end up completely demolishing my production island and restructuring it to account for tractors. By the time you get to engis you already have tons of production lines set up and rejiggering them all is a giant PITA. Ty for listening to my TED talk. [link] [comments] |
