    I created an island focused on welcoming tourists. Its population is fed and entertained with goods exchanged from the docks against industrial amounts of heavy weaponry. There's litterally one island covered by furnaces and pig farming.

    I cannot zoom out even with setting is set to Ultra viewing distance. Ubisoft support is Unavailable :/ i tried verifying files and reset settings, nothing worked.

    Sorry; rant ahead.

    Ubisoft you beaut.

    There is an utter mess here, it seems. Utter, total garbage.

    Anno 1800, downloaded, went through the hoops to activate, played a little the other day. Now I'm trying to play: the game does not start, repeatedly refuses to connect - ubisoft servers are off, most likely. Meaning; regardless how much you paid for the game, if they pull the plug, you will not play it. There seems to be no way to play offline.

    Ok, go to support, see if they can be contacted; no of course not; the mess continues there, and there's no way to contact them.

    Fuck me if I pay this kind of premium price for an ubi game ever again.

    No support, no proper infrastructure - this is just not the way to treat customers.

    Fuck you ubisoft, with a shovel in the arse.
