anoo 1800 highlife industrial espionage lawsuit, cant find suicase at harbor

    Posted: 17 Sep 2021 07:01 AM PDT

i'm trying to figure out if its a technical glitch or i'm just clueless, but apparently if you chose to rat out the secretary and the lawyer, you are tasked to find his briefcase by the harbor, i spend a good 10 mins and i still couldn't find it. and its not an optional quest either so i can't just ditch it.

    Ship waiting for trade bug

    Ship waiting for trade bug

    Hello, everyone,

I have the following problem: I have two Arctic trade routes for a particular island. Both trade routes are bugged. As you can see in the picture (sorry for the bad quality) the route ends somewhere in the sea and not at the island (the island is in the background). Above the ship is the hourglass that says "waiting for trade". For every other island in the Arctic, the trade routes work. Just not for this one. Also it doesn´t go away with time. Even after 10 minutes and longer the ships still waiting for trade.

What I have already tried to solve the problem: built several piers at the island, completely deleting the route and creating a new one, first bringing the goods to another island and then to the main island, move the main contor.

I´m very grate for any help.

My Anno 1800 total playtime is stuck since yesterday despite restarting the game and the PC. Any idea why it does not work anymore?

    Hotels, Bus Stops and distances

    Posted: 17 Sep 2021 04:26 AM PDT

Is there a place where I can find all the numbers about the distances regarding tourists and their needs? It doesn't seem to be on Anno Wiki.

The Hotels needs to be within certain proximity to Restaurants (and such), Cultural Buildings and several other major buildings. But the distances required to reach 100% satisfaction are different for these. I'm trying to plan a location for a "hotel district" in my next game, but for that I need to know the specific numbers.

Has there been any improvements to your imports/exports mechanics since launch?

    Posted: 16 Sep 2021 08:32 PM PDT

I played at launch, and remember that your transport ships would empty your main city. There was no way to limit how much could be taken. Is this still the case, or are we able to set trade limits on all our stuff?

Shopping Arcades not affecting Scholar Residences

    Posted: 16 Sep 2021 12:24 PM PDT

Is there something that I am missing or is it intentional that despite having obvious products that lower consuption of Scholar goods new Shopping Arcades don't have an affect on Scholar Resindences ?

Orchards behaving differently from normal lumberjack when boosted by TU

    Posted: 16 Sep 2021 02:52 PM PDT

Both lumberjacks and orchards have the same working area and without a trade union they need exactly the same amount of workable tiles.

Both buildings have trade union items, that boost the forest density to +60% but if applied, orchards need about 1.5x the space than lumberjacks (82 tiles vs 51)

Am I missing something here ? Are the items not working properly or is there something else I'm overlooking?

    Skyline Tower max buffs

    Posted: 16 Sep 2021 03:45 PM PDT

So I set my city up so the Skyline Tower is affected by every kind of store/restaurant/bar/cafe as well as Iron Tower. Total pop of 4005. Did anyone else try this? All recipes and all furniture/drugs/department goods. A bit busy, but everything fits.

Does anyone know of a mod that allows you to select a specific good to be loaded/offloaded in the dockland piers?
