Enbesa Side Quests (Three hearts as one) don't fire

Hi,

I've been playing my save for quite some time and when I arrived at Enbesa all islands but Taborime were taken. I progressed through the questline up to the very end but I never got the option to do the three islands side quests. As I've watched a couple of youtube videos the quest to click on lighthouses in those three islands starts with the goat singing quest but for me it doesn't work.

Is there a way to trigger that? I'd very much not like to start a new game for that, I have already done all the other regions.

So recently got into modding, modded the game everything was all cool. Now my computer fails to load it, it did say a newer version of the mod loader was available. Dowloaded that still wont load. Anyone having any issues?
