Mods that modify rivers

Hi! Has anyone done/encountered a mod that puts quays in rivers? It really just is an eyesore that an early modern city goes from concrete back to grass near rivers when even the Thames had river quays as far back as the 1500s.

If none, I imagine that's because of the effort to do quays for all the unique islands? Especially the New World ones.

Angereb quest bug

One of the AI put his battlecruiser onto angerb and destroyed the harbor. Now I can't sell frigates to it and continue the quest line softlocking me.

Is there any way to solve this? He destroyed it a long time ago so reloading isn't an option.

Okay, so basically Beryl O'Mara declared war and me and thats fine. I was a bit unprepared but it was an easy war to win, as always. But now she literally only has two islands left in the old world (one medium sized and one tiny) and she still refuses to even do a ceasefire! WTF?! It is starting to become troubling because of my deficit is rather large and has been for a while (I did the chartered company in this run and the war damaged trade between my islands and the new world). Now WTF do I do?
