    Salvager as Expedition Ship

    Posted: 15 Mar 2021 03:52 AM PDT

Whats your opinion in using the Salvager for expeditions. I tried it with 2 expeditions and it worked quite well. I like it because it has 6 storage space and 3 ship slots. Thats more than any ship i can obtain right now.

Anno 1800 - Economic Strategy - Where to go first?

    Posted: 15 Mar 2021 06:37 AM PDT

    Hi.

What is considered financially and economically the best strategy after departing the Old World? In other words, which order do you go in? For me (in campaign) is this the way:

Old World -> CapeT -> New World -> Enbesa -> Arctic

    Any other opinions? Thank you.

I play anno 1503 on windows 10 and the second lowest resolution but every time a cutscene comes my screen glitches

    Posted: 15 Mar 2021 10:12 AM PDT

So I've lost about an hour of progress on my current game, because when a cutscene comes on the screen it glitches out and stuff turns purple and the io glitches somewhere and is invisible etc, is there a quick save key or a way I can fix this f-ing bug? Haven't been this angry and frustrated in months

    Tips?

    Posted: 15 Mar 2021 08:51 AM PDT

Ok so i bought the game a couple of months ago, played for ~10 hours and then left it alone until docklands came because i kept going bankrupt. So basically does anyone have any tips on how to improve my money, or run my city more efficiently? I have all the dlc except the ornaments and city lights pack if that helps. Thank in advance!

Any one know where to find all the stages of La Fortune's "To the Roots" quest chain. I've searched multiple ways and still can't find it. Maybe you could share what you know about it. I remember a minor battle, but not sure. Thanks

How long do trade routes take? Anno 1800

    Posted: 15 Mar 2021 04:13 AM PDT

Hey guys, so I'm trying to supply rum and new world stuff to my old world islands, but I'm not quite sure how to set up trade routes so that all islands are supplied well.

    E.G.:

I have 3 old world islands with different amounts of population. But I have only 1 New World Island where I produce rum. I know that I theoretically produce enough rum (I'm using a calculator :P) but some islands are always without rum. That is because, ship 1 takes too much rum, ships 2 and 3 don't get enough, because the island isn't producing new rum fast enough. Island 1 ends up with a huge surplus of rum, while islands 2 and 3 always struggle.

Now, I know how much t/min of rum each island consumes. So if I could check how long a trade route actually takes to come back from the new world, I could then alter the trade routes accordingly. Let's say an island needs 2t/min, and the trade route needs ten minutes, I would therefore only need to transport 20 tons of rum on that ship (maybe 25-30 to have a backup).

So, is there any way to know how long trade routes trade?

And if not, what's your way of keeping all your islands adequately supplied?

Tiny Mods I Want to See

    Posted: 15 Mar 2021 03:56 AM PDT

I think these mods should be very achievable.

    1. The jornaleros and obreros get their clothing from cotton, making llamas obsolete.
    2. Schnapps should be come from either wheat or rye. Then you could add that already existing German people mod on top of that and have consumption of potatoes a necessity for the poor.
    3. Add a Southeast Asia map with tea and opium plantations.

Okay, maybe the last one isn't so tiny, but the first two are.

I am building crown falls but nps are not settling in the islands around it and the map feels a bit empty. Is there a certain condition that will make them settle there? They ask for permission but not for islands in cape trelawney

    Land Of Lions Expedition Choices

    Posted: 14 Mar 2021 11:26 PM PDT

So what impact do the choices I make during the expedition have?

I see, unlike other expeditions, there are ports to stop at, what impact do the choices I make at each port have on the game?

    Docklands question

    Posted: 14 Mar 2021 01:49 PM PDT

Hi guys, I've been working on the docklands area and I'm trying to build a nice pier with trees and benches, but if I build the quay more than one tile thick it puts crates everywhere, which ruins the aesthetic I'm going for.

Is there a way to remove the crates or preferably just build without them? I've been searching everywhere with no luck.
